Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
- All rooms will be deep cleaned between each stay. This includes using disinfectant fogging technology to ensure that all surfaces (including soft furnishings) have been sanitised
- All Linen and towels laundered 'on site' at 70 degrees
- Hand Sanitiser available on entry to the building and the dining room
- Public areas will be cleaned and sanitised regularly throughout the day
- A social distance of 2m will be maintained at all times. Dining tables will be positioned so that guests remain 2m apart in the breakfast room. Outside dining is also available
- Check in will be conducted at 2m distance. Guests will be directed to their room where they will find sanitised keys and room specific information sheet
- For guests requiring assistance with luggage - it will be delivered to the guest room door
- Daily 'in room' housekeeping will only be undertaken when guests have vacated their room. Guests, if they prefer, can request that daily 'in room' housekeeping is not undertaken. Instead hospitality items will be provided upon request.
Self-Catering Annexe Accommodation
- The Annexe will be deep cleaned between each stay. This includes using disinfectant fogging technology to ensure all surfaces (including soft furnishings) have been sanitised.
- All Linen and towels laundered 'on site' at 70 degrees
- All crockery, glasses, cutlery, utensils etc will be cleaned in the dishwasher between each stay
- Items difficult to sanitise (board games, books etc) will be removed from the property
- Cleaning products/cloths will be provided for guest use
- Check-in will be contactless. Guest will be provided with information and a code for a key safe prior to check in.
